Ingredients
1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
2 oz. Cream cheese
1 C. Almond flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
½ tsp. Cinnamon
1 Egg
For the topping:
1 C. Almond flour
2 tsp. Cinnamon
¼ C. Granulated sweetener
3 Tbsp. Butter unsalted and melted
For the drizzle:
3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
2 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Add the cheese dough to a mixing bowl, and add 1 cup almond flour, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking powder and 3 Tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute. Knead with your hands to combine until mixed well into a dough.
Place the dough in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
Layer parchment paper over a small baking sheet, and press the dough into a thin layer over it to form the crust of your pizza. Pierce with the tines of a fork to prevent bubbles from forming when baked.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the ingredients for the topping to a mixing bowl, and mix with a fork to form a crumble.
Place the crumble topping on the pizza, and bake for another 10-12 minutes.
Let the pizza cool slightly, and then mix the drizzle. Drizzle the glaze over the pizza and serve.
