Irish slammer

Also known as an Irish car bomb, and Irish slammer is a cocktail made by dropping a shot of aIrish cream and whiskey into a pint of stout. (It's a similar concept to a boilermaker.) You've probably had it out at the bar, but it's insanely easy to make for your St. Patrick's Day party.

INGREDIENTS

2 (11.2-oz.) bottle Guinness

1 oz. Baileys

1 oz. Irish whiskey

DIRECTIONS

Pour Guinness into 2 glasses. Pour Baileys and whiskey into 2 shot glasses and drop into Guinness. Drink immediately.
